The more we understand up front, the more useful our first meeting will be. None of this is required — bring what you have, and we will fill in the gaps together. The goal is simply to make the first conversation count.
Helpful to have
If any of these exist, having them on hand helps us understand the property quickly and speak to scope and investment with more accuracy.
- Any survey, site plan or grading plan for the property.
- Architectural drawings, if there is a build or renovation underway.
- Photos of the property and the specific areas you want to address.
- A sense of your priorities, must-haves and timeline.
- A realistic investment range you are planning around.
Questions to consider
You do not need answers to all of these, but thinking about them ahead of time helps us design around how you actually live on the property.
- How do you want to use the space day to day, and through the seasons?
- Which problems are you trying to solve — drainage, access, privacy, usability?
- Who are the decision-makers, and how do you prefer to make decisions together?
- Is this a single project, or something you would like to phase over time?
What happens in the meeting
A first consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We will listen to your goals, share how NuScape approaches properties like yours, and be honest about fit and realistic ranges. If it makes sense to go further, we will outline next steps — often a property review where we walk the site in detail.
What you will leave with
By the end you should have a clear sense of how NuScape works, whether we are the right team for your property, and what the path forward looks like — with no pressure to decide on the spot.
