Most properties move through five broad stages. Smaller projects move quickly; large waterfront and estate projects spend more time in planning and pre-construction, where the most important decisions are made.
- Discovery, we learn the property and your goals, understand how you want to use the space, and confirm that NuScape is the right fit.
- Review & alignment, we assess the site, identify constraints like access, grade and drainage, and align the scope with a realistic investment range.
- Planning, master planning, detailed design, permits and procurement of materials and plants.
- Construction, site preparation, infrastructure, then stone, structures and planting, sequenced so the property is never working against itself.
- Completion & care, a final walkthrough, a closeout package and, when you want it, ongoing estate care.
How we communicate
Large projects fail on communication far more often than craftsmanship. You will have a single point of contact and regular updates throughout the build. Decisions, allowances and changes are tracked and documented, so nothing gets lost between trades or seasons.
Before each major phase, excavation, stonework, planting, we let you know what is coming, what it will look like on site, and any decisions we need from you to keep the schedule moving.
